Common Questions

As a general rule, for all custom printing we advise to allow 24-36 hours processing time before we’re able to ship the item. This only applies if we have the item in stock. Sometimes, at short notice, we do go out of stock of items; however, are do try to keep our online store up to date with in stock products.

File types are only applicable to our business customers, as we need appropriate file types to set up our printing. Our retail customers are able to provide us with photos, and other types of images - however, we do recommend that they're high quality.

We will order your product blank from our supplier as soon as your order comes through; depending on the supplier, we may have it to our warehouse within 24 hours; but we will keep you up to date along the way. If your product is not in stock at the time of ordering, please allow a processing time of 7 business days; however, we will make every effort to ensure the turnaround is as quick as possible for you.

We are unable to use any fonts which are not on our system, so generally, fonts which have been purchased by a customer will revert to our standard fonts if all text is not embedded.u

Yes! We will gift wrap for you. 
 
At present, we gift wrap in butchers paper, with a decretive ribbon; but watch this space - We will have more gift wrapping options available for purchase soon!  
 

In most cases, your artwork will be fine. Our interactive design tool allows you to upload your current artwork, and lay it out in the printable area with a proof prior to adding your item to the cart. Some things to remember though are: 

  • Your images should be at least 300ppi, and high resolution for effective sublimation printing.
  • Screen Printing and Vinyl will automatically convert any images uploaded to single colour. 
  • Due to the nature of computer screens, colours may appear different on final products. 

You are able to upload your full design/artwork/photo in the checkout process of each process, prior to adding them to your cart. Alternatively, once you have placed your order – you can email us at hello@almostmaybegiftco.com.au or reach out to us on Facebook Messenger to send us your file.

 

Due to the nature of sublimation, sometimes there are differences in the image and final product. This is determined by a number of factors including image quality, any filters applied and the file size supplied. 

We offer PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Humm and AfterPay at our online checkout. You are able to choose whichever option suits you. 

Absolutely! We're happy to provide graphic design support to any of our clients. In most cases, we are printing photos so we will require a clear photo large enough for the item you are wanting; however, if you require quotes or text to be laid out in a nice way; we can assist with that too. Check out Artwork Requirements for more information.

Hey, say what? We try to promise 100% satisfaction on all orders; However, sometimes we don't get it quite right. 
 
We'd love to hear your feedback about your personalised order, and try to fix the issue for you. 
 
Some important things to note: 
  • Every personalised product can differ slightly in colour from the image you view on your screen compared to the final product, this is due to the different colour profiles (Screen = RGB, Print = CMYK). 
  • We will, where possible, send a proof prior to printing your personalised product - this is where you should let us know if your not 100% happy with the layout or design. 
If you're happy with the design of your personalised item, but it has arrived damaged - PLEASE let us know and we will replace the item. See our RETURNS & REFUND POLICY for full details.

If you find any of our products listed else where for a better price, we will try to beat it by at least 5%! 
 
Although we're small, we are doing our best to offer our personalised products at the best possible price! 

Anything lised in our personalised category can be personalised. If they're not listed in that category, send us an email and we may be able to organise something. 
 
Some of our suppliers also personalise their products. You'll know if they do as we will state it on the individual product page. 

Not at all. We try to offer the best possible price for our customers, without adding a minimum order quantity. We really specialise is personalised products, therefore a lot of our printing is for birthdays, weddings or other gifts. 

We are able to custom print on a tonne of different items. You will be able to see most of the customisable items on our webstore here.   
 
We can print on mugs, frosted glasses, bottle openers, stubbie holders, clocks, thongs (flip-flops), bar mats, travel mugs, kids cutlery/plate sets, retractable dog leads, pet food bowls and air fresheners just to name a few.   
 
We’re consistently adding new products, designs and availability to our online store so make sure you sign up to our mailing list to keep up to date with the latest products and promotions.
 
We now also offer personalised products with vinyl, this means we will be adding a whole new range to our website very soon! 

We do our best to package products so that there is minimal chance of them sustaining any injury while travelling to you. Sadly, we don’t always win. If a product arrives damaged in any way, please email us a photograph of the breakage and we will send a replacement out as soon as possible.
 
Depending on the damage done or what the product is, we may ask you to return the parcel to us. If this is the case, we will send you a free returns address so you don’t have to fork out any extra cash for postage.
 
If we can no longer source your product, we will let you know and offer an alternative, store credit or refund - whichever you would prefer.
